Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the gghoki platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use gghoki. We enforce this requirement via identity verification (KYC) for all accounts prior to withdrawal.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and major e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements and validity periods vary by promotion and are stated explicitly on each offer page.
Each individual may hold only one active gghoki account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gghoki. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not access or use the platform. Continued use of gghoki following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to use the gghoki Platform. Providing false information to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with gghoki, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
gghoki reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify continued eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or controlling multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gghoki reserves the right to close all but the earliest-created Account and to forfeit any balances held in the subsequently created Account(s).
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify gghoki support of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
gghoki is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account acces s where you have failed to maintain credential security in accordance with these obligations.
All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion is not available on the Platform. All deposit amounts, wager stakes, winnings, and withdrawal requests are processed and displayed in IDR.
gghoki operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal privileges will not be activated until a Member's identity has been successfully verified. KYC verification may also be required before processing unusually large deposits or in response to suspicious account activity.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may require additional time. gghoki will communicate any outstanding requirements via the registered email address associated with your Account.
If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification to gghoki's satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, or close the Account entirely. In such cases, deposited funds held in the Account will be returned via the original payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees, subject to anti-money laundering compliance checks.
gghoki accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are determined by your Account tier and payment method, and are displayed within your Account dashboard. gghoki reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within 1–3 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB), subject to interbank processing schedules. gghoki is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be confiscated pending investigation, and the Account may be suspended.
gghoki does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. Please check with your payment provider before transacting.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have:
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 hours during standard operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, major Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or where additional compliance checks are required.
Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. gghoki does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or unverified payment instruments.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted based on your Account tier, verification status, and transaction history. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation or senior compliance review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by gghoki are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between an offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that offer.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from free spins or other promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated:
gghoki actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and wagering in a manner designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, gghoki reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
Bonus Funds and free spins expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance and cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, or game type. These rules are accessible via the relevant product section of the Platform. Key general principles include:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gghoki or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without gghoki's prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by gghoki's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at gghoki.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in connection with the Services. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gghoki's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits gghoki's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gghoki support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied, or the Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any verified Real Money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned via your most recently verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.
gghoki reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, or regulatory obligation. Where closure results from a breach by you, gghoki may forfeit some or all Funds held in the Account. Where closure is initiated without cause attributable to you, gghoki will return your verified Real Money balance in full.
gghoki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification on the Platform or to the registered email address associated with your Account, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to the online gaming industry. gghoki operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized offshore gaming authority.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact gghoki's support team and allow a minimum of 14 days for the dispute to be resolved through our internal escalation process, as set out in our dispute resolution procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding international arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause prevents gghoki from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
